In 2006 the University of British Columbia began clearcutting what was left of the their endowment lands so they could build condominium towers. That process is ongoing. The university is also concreting over the last traces of green space in the campus itself. The earlier photographs of clearcuts are from 2006 and 2007. The photographs of the campus were taken in the last few years. The title of the show comes from the Joni Mitchell song of the same name which you can listen to HERE.
